Rick Gilmore has been appointed by Bayer, AG, to serve as Monitor and Hold Separate Trustee with approval by the U.S. Federal
Trade Commission. The Trustee shall have responsibility to oversee the divestiture of certain assets and management activities respecting Bayer's acquisition of Aventis CropScience in the United States and
Canada. Dr. Gilmore also serves as a Monitor Trustee for Syngenta with responsibilities for the divestiture of certain assets sold to
Dow Agro Sciences and Bayer, AG. GIC is an agribusiness company providing technical and transactional services for over 22 years. Its work in ag biotech includes investment services for
IPOs, private placements, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. GIC also offers corporate clients expert services in market, management and new product launches. In closing comments, Gilmore
