Through its Financial
Services arm, GIC offers a full range of financial and investment

GIC
is launching a new fund, MEXICO AGROINDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. It is a 120 million dollar, diversified agribusiness fund. The General Partner is Agroindustrial Solutions GenPar, LLC (the "General Partner"), a Delaware corporation. The Members of the General Partners will be Industrial Global Solutions de Mexico S.A. de C.V.; GIC Trade, Inc.; and Grupo CPQ, S.A. de C.V.
GIC and its Latin American partners -- Estater - Brazil; MBA (Merchant
Bank Associates) - Argentina; and Fundacion Chile -- are also developing
a fund, Latin
America Agribusiness Distressed Assets Fund and Private Equity Fund
for food, agribusiness and ag biotech industries. The Fund will
pursue a combined strategy of restructurings and workouts for distressed
assets and straight private equity for companies with a minimum
of a three year operating history.
