Capital Raising Mandate for Argentine Olive Ranch and Olive Oil Processing Facility, Argentina.
GIC secured a $10 million debt commitment from OPIC for large-scale olive and producing project in Argentina.

Deal Structuring and Negotiations, Business Change Group, Ghana.
Through its work with USAID, GIC identified and negotiated a technology investment transaction between TerraManus (TM) and Business Change Group (BCG). In this deal, BCG was given a license agreement for both the technology and the manufacturing rights of a promising agricultural innovation.

Private Placement: Certified Pure Ingredients, Chile
An organic and natural food producer and processor engaged GIC to source capital for the company. CPI and GIC have jointly developed a debt-restructuring plan that will permit the company to grow and achieve greater integration in its operations.
