President Bush's proclamation declaring Cuba a state
sponsor of terrorism does not change the status of legal shipments
of agricultural goods to Cuba. Daniel Secondi, Director of Business

is not worried. "Everything is legal," he said. "We
are still working the same way as before. GIC Group has negotiated
on a deal-by-deal basis $50 million in apples, soybean meal, and
